Life Lately.

A morning routine, a wind down routine, and a daily routine. In addition, a beauty routine.
In Germany, I started my own at home beauty routine, that included face masks, cleansing, and a relaxing outfit. I’ve come to the realisation that facials and glowing skin can come right out of your own home, and it’s your own self-care, self-love package. I did it in my pyjamas on a Sunday, as a Sunday ritual, and incorporated some strawberries, and yoga. Somehow my routine was getting repetitive, to this I turned to a spiritual podcast, that said something like this: If your life is going well, and you’re wondering what next, simply sit in silence, simply enjoy doing nothing. And that is what brought me to this piece of writing.
Fashion is never sleeping; it’s an endless world of global trends and styling. Fashion makes us feel good, look good, and says something about us in every room. So, dress well when you go for your morning coffee, or a grocery shop. It’s an image, your own personal unique brand. It’s a chance for personal growth, and fashion growth. The more you find out the trends, the more “fashion witty” you are. Don’t forget to compliment others fashion sense.
Currently, I am finding taking care of yourself, to be my main goal. If it feels good, I do it. For example, one kind act. If it propels me closer to my dreams and goals, I find a method that leads me closer to my goal. I’ve been putting myself out there, and it has brought me many fruits. I have been planting the seeds, and watering them daily. I saw a post that said” “water your friendships”, so I aim to water them regularly. I’ve learnt that what you put out there, is what you get in return! So, I aim to put out kindness, and love. The feeling of love helps me automatically feel positive and loving. Love is underrated.
In addition, I have been into helping others “up” – because that’s my thing! Just joking, but kind of serious. Those who have helped me, only pave the way for more, without conditions. Those who I have helped, the gift only returns two-fold. That’s why I wrote this blog – to give back, and it’s been a lot of work, and I am so grateful for the audience. It’s been a journey.
I’ve been lighting candles, studying reiki, and feeling full of energy. Energy is so important. I’ve been attracting so many good things from having happy and positive energy. And the least I could do, is wish others well. I like being kind, and kindness wins. In Munich, their rights are strong on respect, and that sunk deep with me. Isn’t it better when someone is kind to you at the shop? It leaves you with a smile, and it helps us be grateful and bright. I remember the kind ones.
We forget how truly blessed we are. For example, I was using an aeroplane toothbrush for three days, and when I finally bought a new soft toothbrush, I was so satisfied, so were my teeth. I thought to myself, “I am never taking advantage of things again.”
