Next Stop... Byron Bay! Mmm.

Byron is a beachy holiday town for us, I went this year, and I loved it! I haven't been for a few years. The weather was warm in the beginning of Autumn, it's family friendly, and a good place to go with your friends too! It's a mix of luxury, earthy, hippie, and street.

So why Byron? THE streets are buzzing, filled with soul, live acoustic music and lyrics! The feeling by the beach, is uplifting, and aromatic. The dogs on the sand, along the ocean that goes for miles, where you can walk, swim and connect with the ocean and the vibe. It truly is unique! The people are welcoming, friendly, and polite. It was my happy place, that opened my mind, and healed my soul (for the week at least)! You do your own thing, without the hustle and bussle of the city! There is so much FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM, the alley way with a vibe, filled with restaurants, the Italian restaurant got my vote, I had a nice wine and a pizza. The beautiful Mexican place, Sushi, Gelato and Crepes! IT'S YOUR PICK! AND IT'S ALL DELICIOUS! For breakfast there are a wide choice of cafes, and it is a great way to start your day!

After breakfast, we go to the beach, and it is a beautiful sunny and warm day, the water sparkles, and the sand is spacious, which is so nice.

There are lots of places TO STAY in Byron, we stayed at "Byron Bay Hotel and Apartments Boutique Accommodation". Located in a prime position, and a beautiful clean and spacious apartment, two bedroom, double beds, air con, kitchen, lounge room, THE WORKS!

The shopping is relaxing, even if you walk by, or browse. From Agolde jeans, designer, to affordable accessory boutiques, and new brands, such as "Elce Swim". Items that fit and look great! Even the ALDI is recent and easy to shop and find in town, for all you necessary goods!

Finally, the lighthouse is a touristy and sightseeing spot, if you catch it on a nice sunny day, it is better, the view is a great lookout.
